All units are fully furnished, include all utilities and each have at least a kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. One parking space is available to each unit. We are conveniently located on PSTA Route 60.
Most of our furnished apartments are two room units, one bedroom
and one great room. All units have a full size refrigerator
and either a stove with oven or two burner hotplate with
microwave. There is a miniumum of one parking space per
unit. Most units have additional parking available for you or
your guests.
At Precision Property Management we have multiple locations throughout Clearwater. Each of our locations are conveniently located on a PSTA bus route.
Whether you are on a one week vacation, need a place to call
home for a month or two so that you can find the perfect place or
just passing through for a night, Precision Property Management has

We have three locations throughout Clearwater. Although
most of our units are either one room or two rooms, we also have
several larger units and unfurnished units as well.

The CasaLinda Motel has single room units. Each unit has a kitchenette with either a mini-fridge or mid-sized refrigerator, a two burner stove or hot plate and a microwave. All of our units are modestly decorated and have their own tiled bathrooms. There is one parking space available to each unit and a quiet courtyard area available to all guests. We are conveniently located on PSTA Route 66.
The Pink Flamingo has several ground level units and four second
level units. Each of our units are fully furnished and many
of them have a full kitchen. All units have at minimum a two
burner stove or hot plate, mini-fridge and microwave. There
is one parking space available for each unit. We are
conveniently located on PSTA Route 66.
